Shopping Information

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIPPED?
Once you placed an order through Bird Nest Outlet, we will send you an email confirmation within one business day. Most in-stock items order will leave our warehouse within 24-48 hours. Unless the items that you order are out-of-stock, we need to wait around 1 week. Since we usually have a new shipment coming in from our factory in Indonesia once a week. We will notify you if there's any delay with your order. 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY PACKAGE?
Free Shipment ~ usually takes 7-10 business days.
Expedite Shipment ~ usually takes 2-5 business days.
** Shipment to Hawaii ~ there's a flat $15 shipping fee for order shipped to Hawaii
Note: Bird Nest Outlet is not responsible for any delay caused by the Shipping Company.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
As of right now, Bird Nest Outlet does not ship out our products out of United States. Though we might have that option in the future. Please check our website periodically for any updates in the future.
DO I NEED TO PAY SALES TAX?
Bird Nest Outlet doesn't have sales tax.
DO YOU ACCEPT WHOLESALE ORDER?

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once we shipped out your order, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number in it. You can track your orders with the link provided in that email.

Return, Exchange or Refund Information

RETURN AND EXCHANGE

For a full refund or exchange, you have 7 calendar days from the date you received it.

Any item you return to us must be in the SAME CONDITION when you received it and in the ORIGINAL PACKAGING. Please keep the receipt or proof of purchase. We DO NOT accept items that are already opened.

Item CANNOT be returned or exchanged after 21 days from the receipt of the original order.

REFUND

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include items that are on sale.

Once we received your item, we will inspect it, and notify you that we have received your returned item. Please allow 8 business days from when we receive your return to process your refund. You will be notified by email once your return is processed.

If your item is approved, we will initiate a refund back to your original payment method.

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
